AUREUM Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced using established farming methods. We hand pick the olives at their flush of maturity and then we incorporate state of the art processing technology, first cold pressed in the preparation of these exquisite oils.
AUREUM Extra Virgin Olive Oils are produced under the strict guidelines of the Denominació d’ Origen, Protegida Baix Ebre Montsia in Catalonia.
AUREUM Traditional Extra Virgin, made with the varieties Morruda, Sevillenca and Farga is a well-balanced oil with a smooth flavor, fine aroma and pleasant fruity taste of olives, apples, almonds and exhibits a golden color with a light green hue.
